The Settlement at Powhatan Creek is now open to the public! We had a great turnout at our Grand Opening. Thanks to all those who came to visit us. If you missed the event, come see what all the excitement is about. The Community Center is nearly complete!
This new gated, active-adult community is set on approximately 225 wooded acres in the Powhatan Creek watershed of James City County. The Settlement at Powhatan Creek features gracious homestyles, a luxury clubhouse with indoor/outdoor pool, aerobics study, fitness room, an on-site activities director and much more!

We're already planning our 2008 Parade of Homes entry! Scheduled for the first two weeks in May, 2008, the Parade of Homes will be in Taylor Farms in York County -- right across from Tabb High School.
Taylor Farms features 54 homes on 74 acres, wooded lots, large front-year set backs and many ammentities.
