Site Superintendents--Bernard Sherbinsky brings with him over 28 years in the construction business and is Marque Homes General Site Superintendent. He oversees all field work, field employees and works closely with the Site Superintendents. Bernie also oversees all of Marque Homes special projects. Rob Seacrest and Kevin Penn are site specific site superintendents. They coordinate all installations/work schedules and deliveries of materials with the subcontractors and suppliers. Marque Homes also has full time field employees performing duties of framing, interior trim work, decks, punch-out and service calls. This assures total customer satisfaction and delivery. The subcontractors working on Marque Homes’ projects have worked for our company for many years and know what is expected in the way of quality, timing and integrity.
Marketing/Interior Design- -Debra McLellon manages this department and oversees all model home decorating and special promotions such as the Parade of Homes and Home Expo. Marque Homes has participated in 13 Parades of home and has won many awards because of Debra’s direct involvement.
Home Building Coordinators - -Joanie Gummo brings with her over 25 years in the construction industry on plan design, coordinating and project starts. Shannon Heidelberg and Angie Michels, Home Building Coordinators, attend all construction/design meetings with their respective clients as well as working closely with the Site Superintendents to ensure good communications with the clients, field and subcontractors. Each coordinator works closely with the Homebuyers on selections and plan details and keeps them abreast of the progress on their homes. Sherry Creedon is Marque Homes Service Coordinator. She works with each homeowner on their service needs. Sherry also assists in all special projects.
Financial Controller- -Evelyn Bowles is Marque Homes’ Financial Controller. She works closely with banks and other lenders during construction and coordinates the closings with the attorneys. She is assisted by LaNell Poland.
Marque Homes also has a complete home maintenance/remodeling and repair department and is a member of the PHBA Remodelers Council. Each remodel and repair project is handled with the same motto as each new home project…
